The Grief Handbook

the grief handbook

The Grief Handbook is a guide through the worst days of your life. After my mom died, very suddenly, I looked for a book to help me deal with my grief. I wanted something that I could connect with, and that would help me with all the huge feelings that wouldn’t go away. But I also wanted something I could interact with – a book to get stuck into.

I couldn’t find it, so I wrote it. This is a collection of all the most helpful wisdom I could find, some practical exercises and some reflections on the grief journey. I really hope it helps.
