Today is National Grief Awareness Day. Which means… what, exactly?
For me, it means a space to talk about grief. An opening of a sometimes awkward door, for you to reach out and check in with those who have loved and lost someone this year… Grief has no timeline, but often we stop offering chances to talk about it after the first few months.
Today is a chance.
It’s also a chance for me to give away a few copies of The Grief Handbook! Here, and through two lovely women who have been sharing so beautifully about grief this year – @janelinley_thomas and @gabriellepollock
If you’d like to win a copy of The Grief Handbook, for you or someone you think would appreciate it, simply tag them in the comments with a message of support.
We’re all in this together… This messy journey of loving, and losing those we love. ❤️
