I’m not sure if this study 👉🏻 is real science (science friends, please tell me?) but the results feel real.
Could dancing to one song a day improve mental health? It seems almost inevitable to me. Dancing is consistently one of my most reliable slices of joy. (Just me? Say it’s not just me!)
You can dance in your pyjamas, in your work clothes, at home, in the car, in the garden, on the beach, at the airport (as I did last month!) or pretty much anywhere. Music on loud or just in your headphones. Whatever flavour tunes you choose…
I know that dancing for even 5 minutes regulates my nervous system and makes me feel better. No matter how I felt before – just a bit better.
