Out of our comfort zone

Tomorrow we leave our beautiful renovation rental and I am feeling…

A lot. Ready to go home. Trepidatious about living in a building site. Relieved to have a garden again. Exhausted from the emotional management of three highly sensitive people (myself included!) who have been out of their comfort zone for 9 weeks.

9 weeks away from home, friends! It’s a lot.

Here are my favourite things about the rental 👉🏻: the view from bed, and from my window, of the river rushing past. We got to see the trees change from twigs to buds to full leaf and it has been so beautiful. My daughter made us this poster just after we moved in, and I could not love it more. And we did a countdown wall when we were one month away from home: tomorrow is the day!
