I am as young as I’ll ever be

I’m working on my new joy book which is (unsurprisingly) a joy.

This morning I walked into my office, fig scented candle gently flickering, cup of tea in hand, to edit what I wrote a few months ago and this line jumped out at me…

I am as young as I’ll ever be.
You are as young as you’ll ever be.

I mean, yes, obviously.
But also: what?!
What are we waiting for? It’s time to reach out and grab this one wild and precious life, friends! It’s now or never ✨

Use the good china. Burn the scented candles. Tell those you love how much you love them. Soak up all the glimmers in this beautiful ordinary life. Pile your plate high with slices of joy.
