My kids and I have been reading the (terrific) Wilma Tenderfoot detective series, in which everyone loves Corn Crumbles (with peppermint tea).

We found the recipe at the back of the first book, 👉🏻and whipped them up this morning – and they are *delicious!*

I wanted to share the Corn Crumbles recipe in case you needed a delicious cookie.
